After two months of closure given the confinement period, the Lantin fort finally opens its doors to visitors from June 6, 2020. However, this opening of the tourist season takes into account all government measures in terms of health security.

Visits to the fort will take place from Thursday to Sunday between 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. (last departure from 4 p.m.) from June 6 to September 30, 2020.

Visits to the Telephone Museum will take place on the second Sunday of each month at 2 p.m. (all year).

In order to ensure proper management of visits, reservation of places is compulsory either on the fort's website via the ORC-HELLOHA line reservation link, or by email or by mobile phone on 0497 /23.85.69.

Cash payment for the visit is made on site or online payment with ORC-HELLOHA.

We hope to welcome many of you to the fort and do not hesitate to support our local tourism and especially to make known the cultural and historical heritage to your acquaintances and friends.
Looking forward,
The team at Fort Lantin.

A word from the treasurer:

Hello to all,

In this unprecedented period of containment, decided by the government and the metropolitan of Liège, the 'ASBL les amis du fort de Lantin' is running at high idle.

We hope that you, our volunteers and sympathizers, including your families and friends, live life at its best during this isolation period and most important that you all are in good health.

All rental of rooms and unusual accommodation, organizations for special event and our tour guide that were planned of the site and the museum of telephony have been cancelled for
the following months: March, April, May and June.

The opening of the season has been delayed to a later date that still has to been announced.

Our quarterly journal won't appear in early April.

Our traditional run of the Challenge of the province of Liège won't take place this Friday 15th of May.

The committee hopes that our yearly festivities may nonetheless be organized the 31/07 and 1-2 August 2020, but those will probably be a whole lot different than the other years.
The big question is to know if this kind of event will be considered as a major mass event (just like a renown festival) covered by the ban of organizing until 31 of August 2020.

Important questions have been asked, some who remain unanswered, but be reassured that the committee will keep you informed of the guidelines for the next months as soon as possible.

Not everything is and will be easy for our little association.

Our ASBL needs your support now more than ever from our volunteers so take good care of you and everyone around you and enjoy these sunny days at home.

We are stronger together.

We are looking forward seeing you again once the containment period is over.

Fort Lantin will be closed on September 7 and 8, 2019.

Our festivities of the month of August.

To all, young and old, passionate and visitors Many thanks.
